How experienced are you with refrigerators?
25+ years. We’ve never seen a fridge we couldn’t fix — if it makes sense to repair, we’ll do it. If not, we’ll be honest: time for a new one.
What appliance brands do you repair?
We repair all brands. It doesn't matter which brand is broken. We work with almost all parts suppliers, manufacturers, and factories, so we can order almost any part. Some parts are available in stock.
What is the cost of the diagnostic?
Diagnostics start at $50. Typically, the diagnostic takes 15-20 minutes, and we can provide a repair estimate right after. By the way, diagnostics are free if the client agrees to the repair. This is a great deal and often more affordable compared to what our competitors offer.

We don't have any preferences. We provide a universal service with parts sales and repair for both residential and commercial appliances. I love my work so much that I don't mind what I'm fixing. My belief is that the appliance should work as it was intended by the manufacturer and nothing else. However, if the repair is not economically viable, we will inform the customer right away, and that's the only obstacle we ever face 😊

Is your repair quality guaranteed?
Yes, of course. As for the spare parts, the warranty is usually provided by the manufacturer. However, the customer doesn't need to worry about it because we take care of everything. We believe that the customer should not be burdened with these issues. If the part is defective, we replace it with a new one and handle the issue with the manufacturer ourselves. As for the work, we provide a warranty ranging from three months to three years, depending on the equipment. But in any case, even if the warranty period has passed, you can still reach out to us, and our specialists will take a look at the issue. We never leave issues unresolved
