Job Description:
The Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall operations of the branch, including managing a team of technicians, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in managing a team and driving business growth in a service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Manage and lead a team of field technicians and office staff.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of repairs and customer service.
- Drive local sales and business development efforts to achieve branch growth.
- Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and analyze branch performance reports, ensuring targets and goals are met.
- Collaborate with the Regional Operations Manager to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the service or repair industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proven ability to meet business goals and drive profitability.
- Knowledge of appliance repair services is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
