Shipping your part
For a part confirmed in stock and ready for shipment, we dispatch within 0–1 business day after payment is confirmed. A special-order part must arrive and be confirmed available before this dispatch period begins.
Standard USPS shipping is $15 per order before tax. Estimated transit is 3–7 business days after dispatch within the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC. Allow 3–8 business days in total for handling and transit.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding carrier holidays. Carrier delays can affect the arrival date; these estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
We also ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery there may take longer; contact us for the destination-specific estimate before payment. The 3–7-day mainland estimate does not apply to these destinations.
Local delivery & installation
Wise.Repair local delivery is $30 per order before tax in our Myrtle Beach and Conway service area. We confirm coverage for your exact address and arrange the delivery time with you.
Local delivery is free when you purchase installation. The installation price is quoted separately. Our technician brings the part for your confirmed appointment.
Before you pay
Send your parts request through My Account. Our team confirms the part, availability, delivery address and full total, including applicable tax, in your Quote. You review and approve the Quote before payment. Submitting a request does not charge your card.
