9. Website chat and optional AI assistance
Wise.Repair saves chat messages and information you choose to provide so our team can answer questions and review service requests. Guest chat records public page paths, referral source and campaign labels, device category and visit times. A secure session cookie reconnects your conversation; the service uses a hashed IP identifier for abuse prevention. Private account pages and their URL parameters are not included in this visitor history.
If you select Start with AI, the relevant guest conversation and request draft are sent to OpenAI to organize the details and identify missing information. If you select AI answers from my Case, your latest question and topic labels are sent to OpenAI; the Wise.Repair service checks your current account permissions and supplies answers from recorded Case facts. We do not send saved Case documents, private staff notes, payment-card information or account credentials to that assistant. Please do not include passwords, payment details or access codes in your messages.
AI assistance is optional. You can choose Ask our team at any time and use the manual request form. An AI conversation does not book a visit, approve an estimate or make a payment. Review your request before submitting it. Signed-in conversations are shared with My Account Support and authorized staff.
